Tools needed to complete this tutorial:-
Paint Shop Pro 9
A graphic of your choice.

Filter Attack
- Open the graphic of choice and resize to a suitable size.
- In your layer palette, right click and promote background layer.
- Right click again and duplicate.
- Using your eye dropper chose a nice complimenting colour from your graphic for your background colour.
- Effects, Plugins, Filter Attack and use the following settings:-

- Effects, 3D Effects, Inner Bevel and use the following settings:-
- Pie Bevel
- Width: 8
- Smoothness: 0
- Depth: 2
- Ambience: 0
- Shininess: 2
- Color: White
- Angle: 315
- Intensity: 50
- Elevation: 30
- Make sure the bottom layer is the active layer by selecting it in your layer palette.
- Effects, Plugins, Filter Attack and use the following settings:-

- Effects, 3D Effects, Inner Bevel and repeat the settings used earlier.
- Add a new raster layer and drag to the bottom.
- Flood fill with the background colour.
- Add a new raster layer and drag it to the top.
- Add your watermark.
- Merge all flatten.
- Open a new 300 x 300 transparent image.
- Flood fill with your background colour. Merge all flatten for your background.
You can now take it into Letter Creator.
