BRUSH FRAME
This tutorial is my own creation. Any resemblance to another is purely co-incidental. Please do not copy, translate or place on another site. You are more than welcome to use this tutorial in a group setting, but please link to the page only.

Arguld4 Gold Fill
I'm not sure when I got this Gold fill. If it's yours, please let me know so I can give credit, or remove if you so wish.
(Save your gold fill to patterns)
A graphic of your choice.

If you have everything you need, let's begin.
- Open your graphic in PSP. Resize if necessary. Shift + D twice to duplicate it, close the original and minimize the 2nd copy for now.
- In your colour palette, set your foreground to pattern and using your drop down list search for the Arguld4 Gold Fill.
- Image, add border and add a white symmetrical border of 2 pixels.
- Select the border with your magic wand.
- Flood fill with the gold fill.
- Effects, 3D Effects, Drop shadow and use the following settings:-
- Vertical & Horizontal: 4
- Opacity: 85
- Blur: 25
- Color: Black
- Repeat the drop shadow changing the vertical and horizontal to –4 (minus)
- Deselect.
- Image, add border and add a 1 pixel black symmetrical border.
- Image, add border and add a 2 pixel white symmetrical border.
- Select the border with your magic wand and flood fill with the gold fill again.
- Deselect.
- Image, add border, and add a 1 pixel black symmetrical border.
- Image, add border and add a 15 pixel white border.
- Select the border with your magic wand.
- Right click on the blue portion of the minimized graphic, edit copy.
- Right click on the blue portion of our framed image, edit, paste into selection.
- Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur and use a setting of 10.
- Deselect.
- Image, add border and add a 2 pixel white symmetrical border.
- Select the border with your magic wand and flood fill with the gold fill.
- Effects, 3D Effects, Drop shadow and use the two settings from above.
- Deselect.
- Image, add border and add a 1 pixel black symmetrical border.
- Image, add border and add a 25 pixel white symmetrical border.
- Select the border with your magic wand.
- Right click on the blue top border of our framed image and again click on paste into selection.
- Deselect.
- Image, add border and add a 2 pixel white symmetrical border.
- Select the border with your magic wand and flood fill with the gold fill again.
- Repeat the two drop shadows used earlier.
- Image, add border and add a 1 pixel black symmetrical border.
- Image, add border and add a 2 pixel white symmetrical border.
- Select the border with your magic wand and flood fill with the gold fill again.
- Add a new layer.
- Click on your brush tool and use the surreal brush settings.
- Using your mouse, left click, and holding down the button, drag the brush from half way down the left hand side up to the top, and across the top roughly half way.

- Adjust, Sharpness, sharpen.
- Duplicate this layer.
- Image, mirror.
- Image, flip.
- Close the bottom layer and making sure that one of the top two layers is active, right click and merge visible.
- Effects, 3D Effects, Inner bevel and use the following settings:-
- Pie Bevel
- Width: 8
- Smoothness: 2
- Depth: 1
- Ambience: 0
- Shininess: 50
- Color: White
- Angle: 315
- Intensity: 43
- Elevation: 30
- Add a new layer for your watermark.
- Merge all, flatten.
